Inspired by Frederic Edwin Church’s “Cotopaxi” painting from 1862. Created with layers of soft pastel on Canson Velvet pastel surface. Artwork measures 12” x 16” and comes already framed beautifully on a 15” x 19” antique gold-look frame and glass, ready to hang. Soft pastels are made of dry pigment and can transfer and be moved when touched. Extra care must be made when handling the art work.
